NUTRITION

RECAP OF THE 6 WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE RULES:

1. YOU MUST EAT FOOD QUANTITIES FROM PAGE 3 FROM INFO PACKET.

2. EAT MEAT, FRUITS, VEGGIES, NUTS, SEEDS, AND OIL.

EXCEPTIONS ARE:

-1 CUP OF COFFEE (W/ CREAMER) PER DAY

-MILK ONLY WITH PROTEIN SHAKE WITHIN 30 MINS OF WOD

-IF FOOD ISN’T LISTED ON #2 (ABOVE) THEN REFER TO PAGE 3 ON INFO PACKET FOR QUANTITIES.

3. IF EATING YOGURT IT MUST BE PLAIN NON-FAT GREEK

*MAKE SURE YOU EAT ALL YOUR FOOD, ALL MEALS, AND ALL SNACKS.

*MONDAY RULES:

1. YOU MUST COMPLETE MONDAYS NUTRITION CHALLENGE WOD AND RECORD THEM ON WODIFY.

2. YOU MUST PUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON THE BOARD BY YOUR NAME SO YOUR PARTNER WILL HAVE IT.

3. IF YOU CHEAT AT ALL YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT YOUR PARTNER WHO WILL COMPLETE THE PENALTY.

4. NOT REQUIRED BUT WOULD BE GOOD IDEA FOR YOU TO TAKE PICS BEFORE AND AFTER AND TAKE MEASUREMENTS.
