3: 10 HRPU

*RX+=12 OF EACH

MODIFICATIONS=6-8 REPS OF EACH.

MEDBALL SCALE=LIGHTER BALL (WE HAVE 2 LBS AND UP)

BOX JUMPS= LOWER BOX OR PLATES

HRPU= FROM KNEES
