4 BAR OVER BURPEES

200 METER RUN

30 WALL BALLS

*EACH MOVEMENT HAS TO BE COMPLETED BY EACH PERSON TO MOVE ON FOR EXAMPLE.

1: RUN 400 CLAP OFF TO PERSON 2 WHO RUNS 400 THEN PERSON 1 DOES 30 WALL BALLS CLAPS OFF TO PERSON 2 WHO DOES 30 WALL BALLS ETC.

EACH TIME MUST CLAP OFF.

RX=65/95 200 METERS

RX+= 95/135 400 METERS
