Back Squat (max reps @ 75%)

15 minutes to warmup and hit 1 set of max reps at 75% of 1rm

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute amrap of:

8 hspu

100 meter kb farmers carry (53/35)

10 kb box step-ups (16/20)

*could scale kb’s up or down

*hspu-scale box or plate press

I was reading this article and found it very true for movement standards and rep shaving esp on benchmark wods. Let’s say you shave reps on “hotshots 19” and we redo it then unless you remember exactly what you shaved or if your air squats are at parallel this time your score will be completely not comparable.
