200 double unders (split) or triple singles

*every member must be back from run before reps may begin.

*row sub is 1000 meters

*As most of you know Brady goes in for back surgery Monday am. Please keep him in your prayers and continue as he will be in the hospital probably all of next week, thank you in advance. We have approached our 1 year anniversary of CrossFit Fannin. We can’t tell you enough what a blessing each of you have been to our family. We love each and every one of you and were glad you’ve chosen this journery with us. Once things settle down we will celebrate as a gym!!!!
