200 METER RUN

10 BOX JUMPS

15 WALL BALLS (14/20)

*CONCENTRATION ON THE DAY IS TO JUST MOVE WELL.

1. NICE PACE ON THE RUN

2. SMOOTH BOX JUMPS MUST OPEN HIPS ON TOP OF BOX NOT IN THE AIR.

3. GOING AS UNBROKEN AS POSSIBLE ON THE WALLBALLS AND TO DEPTH/HEIGHT.

*IF ROWING 300 METERS.
