Power Snatch (6 minutes with a partner)

With a partner complete rep for rep for 6 minutes. Going at least 85% plus. It’s not about speed it’s about heavy lifting. Could have 2 bars if needed.

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time of:

5 power snatches (65/95) (95/135)

10 deadlifts (same bar)

20 wall balls (14/20)


3 rounds not for time of:

10 db flat bench (ahap)

300 meter row (500 rx+)

TEENS: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

WOD: (Death BY)


Box Jumps

minute 1: 1 deadlifts, 1 box jump

minute 2: 2 deadlifts, 2 box jumps

etc. until you can no longer finish reps in that minute.
