at 70% of 1rm.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

10 deadlifts (95/135) (135/185)

10 wall balls (14/20)

20 double unders

*singles 40-60

CASH-OUT

Tabata These:

plank holds

hollow holds

handstand holds

4 cycles alternating movements.
