With a partner for 6 minutes go lift for lift you chose the weight:

No rush on this think technique partner 1 goes then partner 2 goes etc x 6 mins

For time complete:

800 meter run

3 rounds of:

15 hang power clean (65/95) (95/135)

15 scissor jumps
