5 Rounds For time:

5 burpee box jump on and overs (20/24)

10 hand release push ups

15 KBS (35/53)

100 meter run

In teams of 3 or 4 complete 2 rounds of max meters in 3 minutes of:

25 meter prowler push

rest 3 minutes btw rounds.
