Jog 1 lap (sub 400 meter)

10 butt back first toe touches

10 air squats

10 SDHP with kettlebell

10 second hang from rack.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In Teams of Complete:

With a 25 Minute running clock complete:

Run 2500 meters (rxd+) Run1500 meters (rxd) *can break this by any increment. Counting full lap as 500 for this. Can break by 100 and up.

In the Time Remaining complete an AMRAP of the following:

7 TTB (or knees past belly)

7 HSPU (box or kneeling Shoulder press)

7 SDHP (35/65) (65/95)

*One person must complete full round.

**You will enter your rounds and reps and note your running time in the box.
