Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

IN TEAMS OF 2 COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING AMRAP FOR REPS OF:

5 Minutes max wall balls (14/20)

rest 2 minutes

5 Minutes max double unders (singles)

rest 2 minutes

5 Minutes row max meters(30 seconds row/10 sec rest to switch)*trainer will walk you through this)

rest 2 minutes

5 MInutes max situps

*Only 1 person working at a time, divide however you want….

Score will be TOTAL reps in all 4 movements (1 meter= 1 rep)
