Then 2 rounds of:

10 air squats

10 bbf toe touches

10 shoulder to overhead

GROUP STRETCH……

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 Rounds each for time of:

Row 500 meter row

10 Thrusters

rxd= 65/95

rxd+=95/135

rest between rounds until rower comes back open.
