Spend 15 minutes working on a bar skill:

Pullups

chest to bars

muscle ups

or the progressions to these

*could partner with someone a do a ladder to like 5 for example partner a does 1 rep partner b does 1 rep etc all the way to number 5

* or like 1-5 reps for minute.

Or just work/play with a skill.

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds for time of:

15 burpee pullups

Run 1 lap around building.
