Spend 15 minutes working to today’s heavy single from the ground. Could also be a front squat.

EVERY 4 MINUTES FOR 4 ROUNDS COMPLETE:

5 POWER SNATCHES (65/95)(95/135)

7 OVERHEAD SQUATS (FRONT SQUATS)

100 METER SPRINT

*rest remainder of the minute so go hard.

16 total minutes

CASH-OUT

As soon as you finish wod cash out:

500 meter row or jog 1 lap

50 situps
