20 Power snatches (75/115)

20 Power snatches (95/135)

20 Power snatches (110/155)

20 Power snatches (125/185)

TIme Remaining max reps at (135/205)

*one partner working at a time. One bar per group. (2 if absolutely have to)

*scale weight loads to end somewhere between 90% and above on last set of max reps.

*group with someone of like weight loads.

CASH-OUT

3 rounds not for time of:

100 meter farmers carry (as heavy as possible)

10 box step ups with same load (16/20)
