*ONCE WOD STARTS CAN’T SIT THE MEDBALL DOWN. SOMEONE IS ALWAYS HOLDING OR CARRYING.

**PARTNER BOX THROWS ARE ONE PARTNER IS ON TOP OF BOX AND PARTNER IS LAYING ON THEIR BACKS BELOW AND THEN THE MOVEMENT IS A DROP TO PRESS.
