*STARTING WITH PULLUP PROGRESSIONS IF YOU HAVEN’T MASTERED THE PULLUP. THEN PROGRESSING TO CTB FROM CTB TO MUSCLE UP.

COULD WORK WITH A PARTNER LIKE I GO 1 REP YOU GO 1 REP FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES OR DO A SPECIFIC LADDER 1-2-3-4-5-6 TO A DESIGNATED NUMBER W A PARTNER.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

TEAMS OF 2 COMPLETE 15 MINUTE AMRAP OF:

10 BURPEES

2 MU(IF MU ARE SMOOTH GO 3) OR 6 CTB OR 9 PULLUPS

10 THRUSTERS (65/95)

*PARTNER 1 DOES BURPEES, PARTNER 2 DOES MUSCLE UPS, THEN PARTNER 1 DOES THRUSTERS ROUND 1 COMPLETE AND SO ON.
