MINUTE 1 : 10 HSPU
MINUTE 2: 20 WALLBALLS (14/20)

HSPU MODIFICATIONS:
FROM BOX (KNEES OR LEGS EXTENDED) EITHER WAY MAKE SURE HEAD TOUCHES GROUND THAT’S WHERE THE GOOD STUFF IS.
2. KNEELING SHOULDER PRESS (DBS OR PLATE)
**WILL RECORD REPS FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU GO ALL REPS THEN IT WOULD BE 180 REPS MINUS ANY REPS THAT YOU DON’T ACCOMPLISH IN THAT MINUTE
