30 MINUTE AMRAP WITH A PARTNER COMPLETE:

60 DB Snatches (35/55) (50/70)

50 Squat Jumps

40 Power Cleans (65/95)(95/135)

30 DB lunges (same as snatch)

20 plank ups

10 STO (same as powerclean)

*one partner working at a time.

*every 3 minutes both partners must complete 15 bicycles.
