EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE FOR 24 MINUTES (8 SETS EACH)

MINUTE 1: 8 THRUSTERS (75/115) (95/135)

MINUTE 2: 8 CHEST TO BAR PULLUPS

MINUTE 3: 8 BURPEES

*REST WHEN FINISHED WITH REPS FOR THAT MINUTE AND BE READY TO MOVE TO NEXT MOVEMENT..
