MINUTE 1: 6 BACK SQUATS (105/145) (135/175)

MINUTE 2: 12 BURPEES

*RECORD TIME EACH ROUND OF 2 MINUTES FOR 6 TOTAL ROUNDS.

 

*PROGENEX WILL BE IN THURSDAY OR FRIDAY.

*HAVE ABOUT 7 PAIRS OF SOCKS LEFT. LET ME KNOW ASAP IF NEEDED WILL PLACE A NEW ORDER.
