AS WE MOVE ON INTO THIS CHALLENGE I REMIND EVERYONE THIS ISN’T A “DIET”. WHEN PEOPLE HERE THE WORD “DIET” INSTANTLY THEY THINK OF DEPRIVATION. WE ARE EATING MORE THAN WE ARE ACTUALLY USED TO CONSUMING. THE DIFFERNCE IS WE ARE CHOOSING TO EAT CLEAN. REMEMBER MOST IMPORTANLY THESE TWO SAYINGS…..1. YOU CAN’T OUT WOD A POOR DIET AND 2. 80% OF FITNESS IS NUTRITION.

1 mile run or 2000m row

30 Shoulder to OH 135/95

30 deadlifts (same weight)

-Rest until the 20:00, then…

800m run or 1000m row

20 Shoulder to OH 135/95

20 deadlifts same weight

-Rest until 30:00, then….

10 Power Clean & Jerks @80%

*5 minute cap on the c&j’s at 80%
